1515 Design & Manufacturing, established in 2010, was founded by Francis Delpech and Eric Maurice. They have more than 25 years of experience in importing the latest European equipment. Today 1515 Design imports and distributes commercial Doregrill Rotisseries, the European leader in rotisserie manufacturing since 1963. They offer commercial gas and electric rotisseries, as well as heated displays. They also provide a preventative maintenance program on doregrill units and all kitchen equipment for grocery stores nationwide. The primary focus of 1515 Design is to provide state-of-the-art equipment as well as a strong service and maintenance program. The company’s goal is to offer solutions between presentation, and efficiency for retailers.

OUR CLIENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TRAINED TO PROVIDE AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO YOUR NEEDS.

We know cleaning and maintaining equipment can be a hassle. We provide this service to help our customers maintain their rotisseries. Thanks to the enthusiastic response from grocery stores, we've expanded to include all kitchen equipment.

Our technicians visit each store semi-annually for a thorough check-up and cleaning. They inspect all parts, replace any defective ones with your approval, and ensure everything is in top shape.

To keep things running smoothly, our technicians work at night to avoid disrupting your deli staff. Our program helps keep your equipment in great condition and prevents mechanical failures.
